1. Acceptance
By registering for or using RefundPro you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
RefundPro provides a portal to submit, track, and manage refund requests. We do not guarantee that any refund will be approved — decisions are governed by the relevant vendor refund policy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a natural person or authorised representative of a legal entity to use RefundPro.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not submit fraudulent or misleading refund claims, attempt to access other users data, reverse-engineer the platform, use automated bots or scrapers, or attempt to circumvent security measures.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and content are owned by RefundPro Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RefundPro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, false information, or legal requirement. You may close your account via Settings → Account → Request Closure.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes
Material changes are notified 30 days in advance. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
