Contact support as soon as possible with your request reference number. Requests can be amended while they are in "Submitted" or "Under Review" status. Once approved or rejected, amendments are no longer possible.

You can file one appeal within 14 days of the rejection. Go to your dashboard, open the rejected request, and click "Submit Appeal." You may attach additional evidence.

Once a refund is approved and the payment reversal is triggered, funds typically appear within 1–7 business days depending on your bank and payment provider. Debit cards are usually faster than credit cards.
